| Prince William Sound Hotspots ACA's Conservation GIS Support Center assisted the National Wildlife Federation - Alaska Natural Resources Center in mapping "hotspots" of biodiversity in Prince William Sound. Over 30 biologists used maps created in the Conservation GIS Support Center to determine species rich areas in the Sound. Organizations involved included National Audobon Society, National Wildlife Federation, University of Alaska Marine Advisory Program, U.S. Fish and Wildlife. Varying sized maps allowed participants to find key areas. Findings are currently being assembled in a report produced by National Wildllife Federation. Contact Jim Adams for more information.
